The Lōkahi Journey
A Better Way, Born on the Shop Floor
My journey as a systems architect didn't start in a typical tech office; it began with sawdust and spreadsheets on the floor of a custom manufacturing business. As the Director of Manufacturing Automation, I saw firsthand the daily operational chaos that held back a team of talented craftsmen. Faced with a patchwork of paperwork and disconnected systems, I knew there had to be a better way.
Because generic, off-the-shelf software couldn't handle our nuanced workflow, I went back to first principles. My process started on the shop floor, but my analysis encompassed the entire project lifecycle. I mapped every step from the initial sales inquiry through manufacturing and final customer delivery. From that deep analysis, I architected a comprehensive operational hub from scratch—a single source of truth that connected every step of our process.
The transformation was immediate: errors plummeted, production time decreased, and for the first time, we had true clarity and control over the entire business. This unified solution became the proprietary 20-Module Business Operating System (BOS), representing my verifiable architecture in IT/OT convergence.
The Founder's Edge
In addition to my work as an architect, I founded and scaled Koality Woods, a global manufacturing business. This experience of managing P&L, international logistics, and global supply chain gave me a unique commercial acumen.
This "Founder's Edge" is my key differentiator. It ingrained in me an owner's mentality and a relentless focus on business outcomes. I don't just build technology for its own sake; I build it to solve systemic, P&L-critical problems and drive verifiable commercial outcomes. I am now seeking a Principal/Director-level role to deploy this full-stack expertise.
