The Lōkahi Journey

A Better Way, Born on the Shop Floor

My journey as a systems integrator didn't start in a typical tech office; it started with sawdust and spreadsheets on the floor of a custom cabinetry shop here in Hawaii.

As the Director of Manufacturing Automation, I saw firsthand the daily operational chaos our team faced. We were managing complex, high-value projects with a patchwork of paperwork, endless emails, and disconnected systems. Information was always getting lost, leading to costly errors and delays that held back our talented craftsmen.

Building the Solution from the Ground Up

I knew there had to be a better way. Standard, off-the-shelf software didn't understand the nuanced workflow of a custom manufacturer. So, I decided to build the solution myself.

Drawing on my expertise in automation, I designed and developed a comprehensive operational hub from scratch—a single source of truth that connected every step of our process, from the initial client quote to the final delivery truck. The transformation was immediate. Errors plummeted, production time decreased, and for the first time, we had true clarity and control over the entire business. We replaced chaos with harmony.

The Mission of Lōkahi Systems

That experience proved to me that the right system could do more than just improve a business—it could transform it. I founded Lōkahi Systems to bring that same level of custom-tailored, hands-on expertise to other local businesses facing similar challenges.

My passion is to step into your unique operational puzzles and build the tools that create efficiency, clarity, and balance—the true meaning of Lōkahi.
